About Technical Tango

I am the blog owner of Technical Tango, fondly known as Missy Donut to most friends. I started this blog because of my interests in photography. This blog is mainly intended for my taking notes of the techniques of using DSLR. If it gets too technical and bores you, please skip the terminology! I do not usually write nor talk in this manner. The SLR language is only used during communiqué with my fellow light painters. I promise I will restrain from using the F word unless it is absolutely necessary.

The blog's name "technical tango" came about because using a DSLR is much more technical than the range finders! Slight difference in settings can do much difference to a picture. This is simply amazing! And definitely, using full auto mode on a DSLR does injustice to it!! There are so many awesome features in a SLR. I can now speak a common language with my 500D. I may not be fluent at it but I will improve after more and more practices. Tango is the dance that I want to pick up at the moment. I know this sounds totally irrelevant. But photography and dance, aren’t they just about having fun and enjoying the process?
